Troubleshooting

Common solutions to fix issues

1. What server should I use?

Please use one of the following servers (Xtream Codes recommended):

Main servers

If one server is not working, simply switch to another — this is normal with IPTV services.

2. Live TV shows "No Signal" or channels are black

Try the following steps in order:

Refresh / Update playlist
Refresh EPG
Restart the IPTV app
Reboot your device
Change to another server from the list above
Try with a VPN (ON → OFF if already using one)

Most issues are fixed after refreshing the playlist or changing the server.

3. VOD or Series show "Error Play"

This usually means:

Temporary server sync issue
ISP blocking
App cache problem

Fix:

Refresh playlist
Restart app
Change server
Try a VPN

4. Some channels work, others don't

This is normal with IPTV.

Sometimes specific categories (Sports, French, Scandinavian, etc.) may go down temporarily

These channels usually come back automatically

👉 If other channels work, wait and refresh later.

5. IPTV worked yesterday but stopped today

Common reasons:

Server rotation or upgrade
ISP blocking
App cache corruption

Solution:

Update playlist
Switch server
Restart device
Try VPN

6. My account works on one device but not another

Make sure you are not exceeding connection limits
Fully close the app on the other device
Reboot both devices if needed

7. Playlist or EPG won't load

Check you are using a current server
Old servers may stop working without notice
Clear app cache
Reload playlist and EPG

8. Should I use Xtream Codes or M3U?

We strongly recommend Xtream Codes:

More stable
Easier setup
Better EPG and VOD support

Use M3U only if your app does not support Xtream Codes.

9. Do I need a VPN?

A VPN is optional, but recommended if:

You get "No Signal"
Channels load but don't play
Your ISP blocks IPTV traffic

Tip: Some servers work better with VPN, others without — test both.

10. Is IPTV always 100% perfect?

No. IPTV depends on:

Internet routing
ISP policies
Live source availability

Short interruptions are normal. Refreshing or switching servers usually resolves the issue.
